Ipsalu Tantra is a western Tantra school that seeks to blend Indian, Taoist and Tibetan teachings with modern personal growth methodology. Adapted specifically to make sense in the context of western life, it is a safe method for working with emotional and sexual energies, opening the chakras and strengthening the body to prepare for the ascent of Kundalini energy without the psychological and physical crises that are associated with spontaneous Kundalini awakenings.
